Officer's flintlock pistol, round barrel with flat top and thunderbolt, nicely decorated in gold with foliate scrolls, trophies and signed "La Borde à Paris", lock signed "La Borde", engraved and chased at the tail on a gold background, flat-bodied swan-necked hammer decorated en suite, silver fittings, cut, chased and engraved with foliage, trophies, bust of Athena, walnut mounting, stock with thumb piece under crown, long shaft, partly carved and decorated with silver fillets, horn ramrod.
